If you are planning to attend sessions 1,
2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 12, traveling distance and the program's early morning start may make it necessary for you to arrive the night before your session begins. On the online reservation form, please request an extra night's lodging.
CHECK-IN FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OCCURS
AT WITHERSPOON HALL. Witherspoon is number 544 on the campus
map. Please park in the Lynch Hall parking lot and there
will be signs directing you to the Witherspoon Hall front
desk where you will receive your keys.
It is important to note that there will be no accommodations for early arrivals for sessions
3, 6 and 11. Additional information on check-in procedures for early arrivals will be included in your SOAR confirmation. |
