Before you come to SOAR, you must lookup your username and create a password. You will need this user name and password to login to your accounts and register at SOAR.  Follow these easy steps:

1. Go to https://ninernet.uncc.edu/tools/ and click Lookup Your Username. You will use this username to access all of your accounts and it is part of your email address: username@uncc.edu.
2. From the https://ninernet.uncc.edu/tools/ site, click the PW Manager First Time Users button and follow the directions on that page to create your password.
3. After you log in to PW Manager, answer at least three of the Security Questions and then select Change Your Password. You will use this password to access all of your accounts.
4. Log in to 49er Express http://www.uncc.edu/49erExpress with your username and new password before coming to SOAR.
5. If you have any questions, you can go to https://helpdesk.uncc.edu and submit your question via the HelpDesk Online.
